People who learn to write well are increasing their value to the company, helping to create and enhance the company's corporate image. Methodology:
The workshop is highly application-based, interactive and participative allowing participants to internalize the concepts and knowledge learnt. There is a mixture of lectures, case analysis, writing skill practices, presentations, group dynamics and discussions to integrate learning.

Participants are encouraged to bring along a sample copy of their routine written correspondence (letter, memorandum or e-mail) to the class for evaluative learning.
