Introduction:
The workshop focuses on the areas of HR planning which involves planning for the right number and quality of employees, developing and writing effective job descriptions and specifications, designing self-selecting job advertisements, designing simple employment tests, preparing questions for interviews, carrying out the interview, evaluating responses, and selecting the right employees in a comprehensive way.
