Introduction:
Organizations need employees to achieve organisation’s goals. To be effective employees need to be motivated with the right HR management systems within the law. All management practitioners are involved in this including HR and Non-HR.
  
This workshop focuses on the core aspects of HRM functions in an organization; the essentials of the Employment Act 1955 which provides certain benefits for employees and places some restrictions on employer and employee; and Industrial Relations Act 1967 which deals with disciplinary action.

At the end of the workshop, participants will have a holistic understanding of managing employees.
