Introduction:

Challenging are different problems according to the situation in which they arise. To deal with them effectively, we need to consider various situations that are likely to produce difficult staff.

The possibilities are when we are persuading to a group of people, presenting ideas, recruiting or interviewing and those who are poor performers.

The challenging staff could be due to job performance, inter-personal problems with other members of staff and also due to behavioral problems.

As such techniques and alternatives are required to deal with the challenging staff with the objective of settling the issues and increasing productivity.
